a fantasy audio fiction / actual play hybrid podcast
WELCOME TO MYSTRA'S GLEN
The Adventures of Bud & Herb is a darkly funny fantasy audio drama where two unlikely monster hunters investigate cryptids, cults, and conspiracies in the sleepy town of Mystra’s Glen. It’s part horror, part comedy, and all chaos — featuring a full cast, original sound design, and a world that’s equal parts absurd and terrifying.
Become a patron
Bud & Herb is independently produced and right now, our voice actors and directors do this for the love of it. So do we. Patreon support is how we plan to change that, and how we already pay for the things that keep the show going: our visual artists, music, sound design, and all the production costs that don't have a volunteer fix.
Every patron brings us closer to a sustainable show, one that pays the people who make it.
Merch
Official Bud & Herb merch available on Dashery.com! There's so much more than t-shirts in our Dashery store—mugs, pins, sweatshirts and more!
Who makes this show?
Anna “Fitz” Fitzgerald and Evan "Evan" Bivins crawled out of the audio swamp to make serious art about unserious things: cryptids, cults, and friendship under extreme duress.
They promise the show is fiction. Mostly.

the cast
Featuring a rotating coven of actors, improvisers, and chaotic neutrals who answer only to the call of the dice.
They came together to tell a heartfelt story about friendship, fungus, and the end of the world. They stayed because they can’t find the exit.
